SALVATION

I WANT IT

Lord, I don’t have time to mess around.  I need you right now.  I accept that You are God come down in the flesh and died for each and every one of my sins.  I ask You to forgive me of each of my sins, and as you bring recall to me of any offense I did or do, I will repent and turn my back from it forever.

I believe that You rose again from the dead and that I need to walk in holiness as much as I know to do, so that I too can be joined with Father God forever after I’ve passed this world.

Your Word says, “For God so loved the world, that whosoever believes (relies, clings to, trusts in,) on Me should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16

I acknowledge that when I decide to trust myself ahead of You and not You first, that I will repent of doing that and will put You first in all things so that I will walk out my salvation with fear and trembling according to Your Word that is truth.  I will make You Lord of my life over all things.

“So then my beloved… work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God Who is at work in you both to will and to work for His good pleasure… Do all things without grumbling or disputing; that you may prove yourselves to be blameless and innocent children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as lights in the world…”  Phillipians 2:12~15.

Thank You God for forgiving me of my sins and giving Jesus Christ to dwell in me forever.  I will make Him the Lord of my life in all thoughts and decisions and actions.  There is none above Him for any reason ever.

I need You God.  Reveal Yourself to me so that I may really know You personally… forever.  In Jesus Christ’s Name, amen.
